The Magic Begins

Meet our Starter!

Think of our sourdough starter as the heart of our bakery. It's alive! Every day we feed it flour and water, and in return it fills our bread with incredible flavor and natural goodness. Our kids even joke that it's the family's fifth child because it gets fed every day too!

Step 1 — Mix

We gently combine our four simple ingredients: flour, water, salt, and our natural sourdough starter. Nothing more. Nothing less. Just real food.

Step 2 — Time Does the Work

Unlike regular bread that is processed in a few hours, our dough slowly ferments for over 24 hours. During this time thousands of natural yeast and beneficial bacteria work their magic, making your bread healthier, tastier, and easier to digest.

Step 3 — Hand Crafted

Every loaf is shaped by hand. No machines. No assembly line. Each loaf receives personal attention before heading into the oven.

Step 4 — Into the Oven

High heat creates our signature crispy crust, soft airy crumb, incredible aroma, and beautiful golden color. This is where the magic happens.

Why Does It Take So Long?

Because good bread can't be rushed. Nature works on its own schedule. And we believe that's exactly how bread should be made.

🥖 Sourdough has been around for over 5,000 years.

🌍 It is one of the oldest ways humans have made bread.

⏰ Most supermarket bread is ready in just 2–4 hours.

❤️ Our sourdough takes 24h+ from start to finish.
