Every Loaf Has a Story

Hi, I'm Lulu.

I'm a proud mother of four. Five years ago, our family moved back to Lebanon to begin a new chapter. Like many moms, my greatest joy has always been caring for my family and being present for my children.

As a stay-at-home mom, I wanted to build something meaningful — something that reflected my love for my family while allowing me to continue doing what mattered most: being there for my kids.

That journey began with bread.

I started baking sourdough simply because I couldn't find authentic sourdough that my family truly enjoyed. I wanted bread made with simple, real ingredients — bread that tasted amazing and made us feel good.

What started as a few homemade loaves for my children quickly became a passion.

The more I learned about sourdough and its natural health benefits, the more I fell in love with the process. I saw firsthand how much my family enjoyed it, and I knew I wanted to share that same experience with other families across Lebanon.

Today, every loaf is still made by hand in my kitchen with the same care as those very first loaves.

From feeding my sourdough starter each morning, to gently shaping every loaf, to packing the very last slice with care — I genuinely enjoy every step of the journey.
